Cancellation Policy:
For group tours (where customers pay individually) a full refund will be given if customers cancel their tour up to 3 days (72 hours) before the start of the tour (8am on the day of the tour). If customers cancel less than 3 days before the start of the tour, or are unable to make it on the day of the tour, they will receive no refund, but they are allowed to reschedule for another date at no extra charge, subject to availability.
For private charter tours, a full refund will be given if customers cancel their tour up to 7 days before the start of the tour (8am on the day of the tour). Customers will receive a 50% refund if they cancel 7 days to 3 days (72 hours) before the start of the tour. If customers cancel less than 3 days (72 hours) before the start of the tour, they will receive no refund, but they will be able to reschedule to another date at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Minimum Number:
For group tours, there is a minimum number of 4 participants required for the tour to operate. If the minimum number has not been reached 3 days before the tour, then the tour will be cancelled and customers can change to another date, or will be refunded in full.
Tour Cancellation due to natural disaster or sickness:
We reserve the right to cancel the tour due to bushfires, floods, driver getting Covid, etc. If this happens, we will refund our customers the full amount of the tour. We will try to advise our customers as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation. It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that they check their emails and phone messages the night before the tour, and to give Scenearoo their correct contact details.
